RETURN & REFUND POLICY

30-day returns

You can return your order within 30 days after delivery. The product must be unused, complete and in its original, unopened packaging.

To start a return, use our contact form with your order number. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Returns sent without contacting us first cannot be processed.

You pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

Problems with your order

For defective, damaged or incorrect items, or a missing delivery, use our contact form. We may ask for photos or other relevant information. If a return is required because we supplied a defective, damaged or incorrect item, Glowzuno covers the return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds cover the amount actually paid for the returned product, after discounts, and are sent to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
